ORDERING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Thank you for ordering merchandise. Your merchandise purchase goes directly to supporting COPMOBA! We hope you love your new apparel.
Your item(s) are either embroidered or screen printed by a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper with facilities worldwide. COPMOBA does not handle the fulfillment of orders and shipping.
It takes our supplier around 2-7 days to fulfill an order, then your item(s) will ship. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. The estimated shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 3-4 business days in the US, more if you are outside of the US. Shipping is limited to the US and Canada. You can anticipate receiving your items(s) within two weeks after you’ve placed the order.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Our supplier works diligently to meet delivery estimates. If you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. If you still haven’t received your order follow these steps before reaching out to us:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes or typos in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at trails@copmoba.org with your order number and we’ll reach out to our supplier.
Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be at the time of delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Because everything is made to order, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at trails@copmoba.org and we will reach out to our supplier. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, email us with photos of wrong/damaged items.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS
Merchandise items are shipped directly from our supplier and may have a vinegar-like smell when you first get them. Don't worry, it's temporary. Once you take the product out of the shipping bag and give it a wash, the smell will go away in a few days.
You might also see some discoloration or off-white residue on your clothes. These are not stains. They'll come off after the first wash. Our supplier uses advanced printing tech, and the inks are water-based and eco-friendly. If you notice a mark, just wash it before reaching out to us about the issue.
